More information can be found at www.england.nhs.uk/publication/accessible-information-standard-overview-20172018
If you have any information or communication support needs relating to a disability, impairment or sensory loss please let us know.
Interpreting Service
An interpreting service is available free of charge for patients using GP and NHS Hospital Services in England. This includes interpreting for people who are deaf or deaf/blind.
If you need an interpreter please inform the person who is booking your appointment (whether this is at the GP surgery or the hospital) so they can arrange it. As the interpreter will need to be arranged they will need as much notice as possible to book them.
Please be aware that we can not let children act as interpreters during an appointment or during your treatment.

We are open from 8:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
